All products manufactured by MFI are provided with a 2-year warranty.

1 year warranty on battery

Warranty cases include:

⁃ Speaker failure

⁃ Microphone failure

⁃ Bluetooth failure

⁃ Failure of lighting and navigation on the helmet

⁃ Video camera failure

⁃ Micro SD card failure

The warranty does not include:

⁃ Obvious signs of vandalism (scratches, skewed frames, cracked glasses, broken camera, torn glasses)

⁃ If glasses or a helmet fall and break

⁃ Scratches and other mechanical damage to the product during operation

⁃ Torn fastenings

REPAIR OF PRODUCTS

If you want to repair a product damaged during use

You can contact us and order repairs individually if such a possibility is available. To do this, you need to fill out a form for repairing the product. The cost of repairs is discussed individually.
